American Land Legacy… well I am completely new to investing in property.  I invested in my first property and I got a letter in the mail offering me some money to work with them. Basically I didn’t have to do anything.  I think I might’ve emailed them five or six documents, photocopied and email them to him and yeah, looking at $16,000 profit from the property.  They handled almost everything.
